Yes, we are fully insured and registered in France. Plus, we are a member of ABTA, which means we are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by ABTA’s Code of Conduct.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The final balance is required 10 weeks before you arrive at your apartment. Payment is via bank transfer or PayPal.
All our apartments will have the basic food and drink necessities you need upon arrival, including orange juice, coffee, tea and more. We can also provide food and catering services at an additional cost, including concierge shopping services that fulfil all your dietary requirements and special needs. All of our apartments are high-spec and provide cooking facilities, so you are welcome to use these as you please. We also have maid services to make sure your apartment is kept clean during your stay.

In short, no! We have recommended check-in times, but we also have early and late check-ins at an additional charge (before 8am and after 9pm). Speak to us before your stay to arrange this.
Yes, we offer both car and helicopter transfers. We can organise a transfer from different airports around France, including Nice and Mandelieu Airport in Cannes. So, whether you want to drive in a limousine or private jet, we can get you from A to B in style. We also offer general concierge travel service throughout the duration of your whole trip.
An arrival email is sent out 6 weeks prior to your stay, confirming the name of the concierge who will meet you at the property and allow you access. If your booking is made closer to the date, we will give you these details as soon as we can before you arrive.
